Bouvetøya is Norway! :-) The most remote island in the world, and of course it is a part of Norway!

Bouvetøya is Norway! :-) The most remote island in the world, and of course it is a part of Norway! indeed 'The name is from the Norwegian spelling of Bouvet Island in the South Atlantic, the most isolated island on the planet; a reference to the Dr Bob Moog quote that "electronic music is played by musicians who work alone and listened to by people who listen alone"

Bouvetøya is Michael Jones from Ireland. He's very good. Not your typical Berlin School.

Just a little update on this as the other two acts aren't on this forum:-) I have been busy putting together my backdrop visuals over the last week, got 30 mins done, so just 15 to go and I am quite pleased with the results, as I have never really put together visuals like this before. The last time I played there they were very kindly produced by David Hughes :-) I have clagged some utube vids together for my first Church of Sound and Jez provided ones for my second visit there. It'll probably end up being better than the music I produce on the night :-)
I have also got some souvenir T shirts being made but only a batch of 10 for sale on the night in various sizes, as they are costing me a bob or two, I am not selling them for profit just as a memento of this night, a tour shirt but with only one date on LOL, they will however be available to order if people decide they would like a "Concept Devices" Awakenings T. These are not printed but an embroidered logo with Awakenings and the date on, so quite unique in that respect and very high quality in both the shirt and the embroidery to be honest. I am not expecting anyone to actually want one, but they are there just in case :-)
Gear and music, I have no idea as yet but exploring lots of different avenues and hopefully will be able to entertain for 45 mins and as always, no laptop and only hardware gear will be used.
So just over 2 months to go and all going smoothly for me at the moment, its been nice to have such a long time for prepping, which is enabling me to do it right for a change:-) and hoping that Bouvetoya and Binar will attract a few people onto the seats in the hall to make it another great Awakenings night :-)
