Great line up. It'll be great to see John again, haven't seen him since the last Hampshire Jam.

Ashok!
Excellent. Been 30 years since I last saw him, at a party at Jenko's...

I did some checking. Flying through Schiphol in Amsterdam doesn´t cost me an arm and a leg, so I am seriously considering attending the alldayer this fall, purely as a member of the audience. I never seem to have time to chat with all you friendly guys and gals, so maybe this will be the time? Good acts on for he show too, so even the concerts will be of interest ;-) How do you get from East Midland Airport to Burton-on-Trent? Any good suggestion for where I can crash appreciated.

I am finally buying some air tickets for the all-dayer this fall. You guys who knows the geography better... Is it OK to take a flight to Birmingham, or is that too far away? I guess East Midlands airport is better, but more expensive. But it probably outweights the cost of getting from Birmingham to Nottingham? Oslo - Birmingham is 120 GBP, while Oslo - East Midland is 210 GBP.

Depending when you get in/leave I might be able o pick you up/drop you off for a contribution to fuel costs, otherwise a train won't be too expensive if booked in advance, but it will probably take a while as you'll probably have to go from airport into Birmingham, then out to Nottingham

Yes, I checked the train alternative, but I think I will stick to my original idea of taking a flight to East Midland.
