An evening of music and spoken word to celebrate another giant leap for mankind. Voyager 1, a space-probe launched 38 years ago, has miraculously and much to the delight of scientists and star-gazers everywhere, crossed the out-regions of our solar system, boldly going where no man (nor man-made space-probe) has ever gone before! Featuring music by;- Mia and the Moon, Chris Conway, Modulator ESP and Memory Wire Plus hosted by Kathy Ratcliffe (who'll be mystifying us with sneak previews from her highly anticipated book; Quantumolgy), Voyager Night takes place on Thursday 28th November at Pi Bar (Narborough Rd, Leicester, LE3 0AB) at 8pm. Free entry and space-themed fancy dress (if you've been waiting for a reason to put a colander on your head and paint your face green, now is the time!). Please gather with us, raise a glass to our evolution and send a wave of love through the cosmos to find Voyager on it's epic and terrifying journey...
