I'm still without a driving licence, so with deepest regret, I'm going to be unable to attend. Well pissed off about this as I've spent a bloody fortune on learning to drive.
Not really worth bothering anymore, I'll save my time & money.

Less than a week to go before Awakenings Saturday starts again, and about time too, good luck to both board members Norman and Xan, and to mike shipway who should be a member of this wonderful virtual place, let's hope for a big turn out after the break.

It was an excellent evening with 3 great sets. I particularly enjoyed norman's set, I thought it worked really well. The music never distracted from the film and vice versa. And a best yet live set from Xan.
And a decent turnout, which was nice.

Another excellent evening of music. Wall to wall quality.
Xan just gets better and better. He obviously put a hell of a lot of thought into it, and it paid dividends. Excellent.
Mike Shipway started fairly safely (but enjoyably), and just kept going up the gears. Again, very well thought out and great to hear. Loved it.
Norman's set merged perfectly with the film. Again, he must have put a lot of thought into it, and it was definately worth while. Brilliant.
Well done everyone for another great night of music.

I was working until midnight so will look forward to the VT. Bad week as a work colleague died in a car crash on Friday
