I've set up this thread for new releases. I've just released 'La Première Bataille de la Marne' which is themed on the First Battle of the Marne in WWI. Below is a track from the album: The release is available for free download at: www.archive.org/details/LaPremiereBatailleDeLaMarne

Marvellous, will give this a listen if my internet allows - is it in a similar vein to Surrealism?

The internet is at its fastest for a while, and I managed to download 141kb of the first song before it died. Great.

Actually managed to get it working eventually - will listen today at some point. If I'm lucky I'll be able to get the next Jerky Oats release online during one of these quick spells!

It was - I did not want to mention it due to the difficulties you were having - I got John's new download in less than a minute!!! - slowed down again though...wonder why it managed to be so quick for that period of time. Not managed to listen yet though Ben.

Noisy, unsettling, and then the 3rd track kicks with beauty out of the blue. A real contrast. Tracks 1 & 2 are difficult listens, you're gonna have to be in the mood, but the 3rd track is gonna get some air space.

Wonderful stuff Ben, harsh but textural, the good end of noise, and that last track is lovely!
