I've added the track I did as a tryout for the Quadra session to my website's music page and named Quadratic in honour of the session. Modulator ESP - QuadraticEdit: An edited version of this track was released on the album Time Zero, available for free download here

Cheers everyone, the P3 and MS6 make an excellent combination, especially with a nice timed delay: + = FUN ;D

Moving the sequence around these notes allows you to alter the rhythm quite nicely

I hope so, I want to develop my own sound, quoting influences, but not ripping them off one of the best things an artist / band can do is to 'create' their own sound very hard to do, as no matter how you look at something, someone can say therey are always influenced by X & Y, I mean i suppose someone could argue that everyone is influenced from baroque, medieval, and so on, (even though it might not be the case) But it's nice when someone has a distinct sound, and as soon as you hear it you can say "yeah, that;s Jez, etc"

Ian Boddy is so diverse in what he records he won't settle for knocking ou sequencer album after sequencer album. I know after recording 2 albums using Reason it was a breath of fresh air to start from scratch with a lot of recently purchased hardware synths. You record music for you and if other people like it then that's a bonus!

I think working with different people helps keep things interesting, as shown by Ian Boddy, loads of collaborations, each different.
